Who's the Big Tomato in 2006?

Darryl and Matthew Crosby of Tarlton, Ohio at 3 1/4 pounds that's who!

Well, the scales were surely stressed this year but after all entries were weighed in, the winners were Darryl Crosby and his son Matthew.  Their whopper tomato weighed in at 3 1/4 pounds.  Darryl and Matthew won a trophy provided by the Farmers' Market Association.   Honorable mention to vendor Bob Settlage, "The Tomato Man", for his second place entry which was also over 3 lbs.  Unfortunately, my entry below did not win anything....
